The Adult Program serves male and female adults aged 18 years of age and over. Individuals are accepted without regard to race, creed, national origin, gender, disability or sexual orientation. To qualify for services, person(s)-served must have a substance use disorder/ dependence diagnosis as determined by a licensed/provisionally licensed diagnostician.
Stapleton Center treatment center is located at 581 Hwy J North Across from Pemiscot Memorial Health Systems in Hayti, Missouri. The Stapleton Adult program provides social detoxification, level I residential treatment, level I day treatment, intensive outpatient treatment and outpatient supported recovery treatment services and The Substance Awareness Traffic Offender Program (SATOP). The business office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Turning Leaf is located off 63 Hwy at 1015 Lanton Road in West Plains, MO. Serenity Pointe located at 20 South Sprigg St, in Cape Girardeau, MO, provides gender specific services to Women and Children. Women 18 years of age and older along with their children can receive residential, transitional, and/ or Outpatient services through the facility. Individuals are assessed and a treatment program designed to meet their needs.
