It is the policy of FCC Behavioral Health (FCC) to eliminate financial barriers to care and that no services will be denied to those who have no means, or limited means, to pay for their services (Uninsured or Underinsured).  As such, FCC will offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program to persons who are unable to pay for their services but still allow for monetary investment in their care.  The program will base eligibility solely on a person’s ability to pay and will not discriminate based on age, sex/gender, race, sexual orientation, gender identity, creed, religion, disability, or national origin.  Sliding fee scale discounts are available to clients with all incomes at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines published by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). The sliding fee scale discounts and nominal fees apply to all outpatient clinic services directly provided by FCC.  These discounts and fees apply to those who qualify and can be applied to insurance copays and co-insurance. The FCC Behavioral Health Board of Directors will annually review and approve the schedule of fees and discounts for services based on costs and market rates that meet federal/state laws and regulations, and applicable accrediting organization guidelines.
