Adult Services

Provide intake screening, comprehensive assessment, community support, group counseling, group education, co-occurring counseling, individual counseling, case management, family therapy, nursing, telehealth services, medication assisted services and drug screen services.

Residential

(Level Rl) services are on-site and provide 24-hour supervision, with a minimum of 60-hours of structured therapeutic activities per week. Clinical Services are provided seven (7) days a week.

Level I Day Treatment Service

Is provided Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm.

Level II Intensive Outpatient Treatment and Outpatient Treatment

Services are offered Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Person(s)-served attend based on their individualized needs. The length of each level of care is based on individualized needs.

Level III Outpatient

Redirects the person(s)-served with community support groups and counseling interventions.


Information regarding program structure and services is provided to all person(s)­served, family members and referral sources upon admission into the program. This information is provided in written form in the program handbook. The Scope of Service is also provided to payers and other relevant stakeholders as needed in order to help them understand what the program has to offer and determine whether it will meet the needs of the person(s)-served. Community relations activities also allow for the distribution of program information to the public through printed brochures and speaking engagements.
