FCC Behavioral Health is devoted to increasing access to services for all populations, especially the Veteran Population.
FCC’s Veteran Outreach Program is part of the local collaborative initiative that assists active and non-active miltary veterans with accessing mental health, behavioral health, and other community-based care needed to improve and manage their overall well-being and wellness; such as:
- Assistance with obtaining a DD214, or other documents that are crucial with access to various Veteran benefits
- Initiating needed referrals to, and working collaboratively with various community organizations (i.e., VA Medical Center, DAV, American Legion, etc.)
- Assisting Veterans with access to and active engagement of services provided by FCC and/or various community organizations (i.e., VA Medical Center, DAV, American Legion, etc.)
FCC Behavioral Health services include, but are not limited to:
- Evaluation and consultation services
- Crisis assessment and intervention
- Individual, family and group therapy
- Medication management
- Case management
- Healthcare information
- Community resource, support and referrals
- Evidence-based, therapies (EMDR, Prolonged Exposure)
