Tylee Tracer
Public Relations Officer

Tylee Tracer is FCC Behavioral Health's Public Relations Officer, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer

Mrs. Tracer grew up in Rector, Arkansas; after graduating high school she pursued her education at Arkansas State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism.

After college, Mrs. Tracer began her career as a newspaper reporter working at the Jonesboro Sun, Clay County Times-Democrat and the Paragould Daily Press. After gaining experience in jouranlism she obtained a position at a global manufacturing company, Tenaris, located in Blytheville, Arkansas, where she learned many different aspects of communications such as public relations, marketing, employee communications, graphic design, videography, event planning and community relations. She also gained cultural knowledge as the company required international travel and collaboration with international colleagues.

Almost four years at Tenaris, Mrs. Tracer wanted to focus her career on non-profit work and healthcare. She accepted a position at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis, Tennessee where she was the internal employee relations specialist working side by side with Human Resources and interim social media strategist; later she accepted the position of Public Relations specialist.

Wanting to return to her roots, Mrs. Tracer began looking for a career opportunity close to home. She was excited for the chance to work for FCC Behavioral Health and has been a part of the staff since November 2017.

Currently, Mrs. Tracer is working on Master's degree in Public Administration from Arkansas State Univerisity and is set to graduate in December 2018.
