Biography
Randy Ray is the Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of FCC Behavioral Health.

For 25 years, Mr. Ray has demonstrated leadership, strategic vision, and advocacy in various roles with FCC Behavioral Health. In addition to his role as CEO, Randy also holds the following additional professional positions:  Member of the Missouri Coalition for Community Behavioral Healthcare; Board Member of CommCare – a Missouri managed care organization.
Since 1992, Mr. Ray’s prior leadership positions with FCC include Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Administrative Officer, Director of Adult Alcohol and Drug Services. During his career, Randy has served in various other positions with FCC beginning with Treatment Technician, Recognized Alcohol and Drug Counselor (RASAC), Community Support Worker (CSW) to Program Director of Stapleton (a FCC residential program located in Hayti, Missouri before moving up to the Executive Team of the agency.
Mr. Ray’s hard work and dedication to duty stems from his career in the U.S Army where he honed his logistical experience with 21st Replacement Battalion in Frankfurt Germany. Mr. Ray is a retired U.S. Military veteran with a Honorable discharge who served with Honors and Distinction.
Randy maintains his leadership and clinical competencies thru active participation in a variety of regional, state and national seminars and conferences related to issues facing behavioral healthcare.
