Biography
Tracy Ellis is FCC Behavioral Health’s Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).
 
Tracy joined FCC in May of 2016 bringing with her 24 years of healthcare experience. Twenty-three of those years in a hospital setting with positions including Assistant Director of Marketing, Director of Marketing, Director of Business Development, Physician Recruiter and Director of Clinic Operations. In the years at the hospital, her experience includes Employee Relations, Physician Relations, Community/Public Relations, Patient Relations, Managed Care Contracting and Application, Locum Tenens placement, Clinic Compliance and Leadership. While serving as Director of Clinic Operations, Tracy was successful in the start-up of two (2) Rural Health Clinic’s along with several re-certifications as well as multiple successful CLIA reviews and one (1) successful Joint Commission accreditation. She was a member of the Administrative Team, the Compliance Committee and chaired the Fire and Life Safety Committee. She was also instrumental in developing and implementing a Customer Satisfaction program that was implemented hospital wide.
 
Tracy holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing and a Master’s in Business Administration both from Arkansas State University. She is a lifetime resident of Kennett, Missouri, a member of the First United Methodist Church serving on several committees and a Sunday School teacher for over 20 years. She has served on the United Way Board, the Delta Children’s Home Board, Caring Community, Kennett Booster Club and serves on the Kennett Vocational School Marketing Committee.
